Needs Assessment - Downtown Juneau Visitor Information Center (2003)

Sheinberg Associates completed a market analysis and assessment of visitor information-related needs, services and facilities to determine if a new Visitor Center in downtown Juneau is warranted, and to recommend options for providing improved services and facilities.  Project included surveys of visitor information service providers and users to identify existing services, needs and “gaps;” survey comparable centers in other high-tourism locations; forecast demands and potential revenues; and recommend options for meeting needs.  Sheinberg was project manager for tem with MRV Architects, Charles Bettisworth and Company (architect), the McDowell Group and USKH Consultants.
