Skagway Comprehensive Plan

Guide a 17-member steering committee, municipal staff, elected officials and public to update the Skagway Comprehensive Plan.  This plan assesses 10-15 year capacity and needs and establishes direction for land use, economic development, transportation, municipal services, housing, and other issues.  The process includes lively town meetings, a Community Opinion Survey for adults and another for teens, a field survey of housing and land use, tackling the affordable housing issue in town, and more.
