A 10-year strategic plan and a 2-year action plan for the Council on Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault is created through a series of work sessions and meetings with the council, executive director and staff.

The Juneau Economic Development Council is updating its Strategic Plan. As part of this process we are helping them solicit the ideas and expertise of industry and community leaders.
Update University of Alaska Southeast 2000-2010 Strategic Plan

Sheinberg Associates is facilitating a five-step, four-month process with the chancellor, provost, two vice chancellors, three school deans, two campus directors and others to review and update 2000-2010 UAS Strategic Plan.

Design agenda and facilitate strategic planning retreat for Sitka Economic Development Association Board and prepare report.

Work with Southeast Alaska’s Regional Native Health Consortium (SEARHC) organization’s Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team and staff to develop its Five-year Strategic Plan.

Design agenda, process and facilitate a one-day strategic planning retreat for the Juneau Economic Development Council to identify program and budget priorities. Prepare short report.
Strategic Planning Retreat (2003)
Design agenda, process and facilitate a two-day strategic planning retreat for the Central Council Tlingit Haida Indian Tribes of Alaska, Business and Economic Development Department to identify program mission, programmatic and budget priorities. Prepare report.
Non-Profit Organization and Local Government Retreats (1998-2003)
Design and facilitate non-profit organization and local government body retreats to critique organization and develop action plans, including: City and Borough of Juneau Assembly retreats (2000, 2001), Juneau Lyric Opera (2001, 2003), Mendenhall Watershed Partnership (2001), KTOO and Coast Alaska-public radio (2000, 2006), and Discovery Southeast (1998; 2000).
Strategic Planning (1994)
Assist Downtown Business Association (DBA) with long term planning efforts for downtown Juneau waterfront. Work with City staff to achieve DBA goals.
