Facilitate Strategic Planning Retreat (2006)
Facilitate strategic planning retreat for Sitka Economic Development Association Board and prepare report.

Facilitate Strategic Planning Retreat (2004) 
Design agenda, process and facilitate a one-day strategic planning retreat for Juneau Economic Development Council to identify program and budget priorities.

Southeast Alaska Electric Intertie (2002)
Facilitate panel and interactive discussion with audience to explore options for organizing a Southeast Alaska Electric Intertie, specifically to assist in resolving conflict between two options and their respective proponents. Client was Southeast Conference.

Economic Development Town Meetings (2002)
Design, facilitate and assist with report preparation for a series of three town meetings in Wrangell, Alaska, to engage the broad community in setting economic development goals and identifying priority projects to pursue.

Petersburg Economic Development Plan (2001) 
Complete economic analysis and prepare economic strategic development plan.  Sheinberg responsibilities were: investigate community services, facilities, regulatory structure, taxes and fees, and land use, including comparisons with other communities and identifying assets and weaknesses.  Also lead on public involvement, preparing newsletters, and meeting facilitation. Sheinberg was subcontractor to McDowell Group.

Angoon Overall Economic Development Plan (1999)
The purpose of the City of Angoon Overall Economic Development Plan was to chart a path for local economic development and create jobs for Angoon residents. Work with local Overall Economic Development Committee to prepare an Overall Economic Development Plan.  Co-facilitate community visioning workshop. Plan was formatted so that it could be used to apply for federal, State and private grants and loans, prepare Capital Improvement Project lists, form a basis for legislative requests, and inspire resident entrepreneurs to begin businesses that create local jobs and provide local wages.

Draft Hoonah Overall Economic Development Plan (1996)
Prepare a draft Economic Development Plan (OEDP) for the Hoonah OEDP Committee.  The process involved inventory and analysis of basic industries and development potential as well as other economic conditions, and identification of a development strategy and projects.
