Sound health care systems are crucial to vibrant communities.  With Alaska health care costs rising at an unprecedented rate – 230% from 1991 to 2005 – it is even more important to have efficient and effective health care systems.  Sheinberg Associates can help health care facilities and streamline and improve services which will enhance the community.

Strategic Planning and Facilitation (2005)
Work with SouthEast Alaska Regional Health Consortium (SEARHC) Board of Directors, Executive Leadership Team and staff to develop its five-year strategic plan.

Future of Sitka Community Hospital (2003)
Convene a diverse committee of 33 public “health care consumers,” design process and facilitate a series of community meetings to assess the role (and required tax funding) of Sitka Community Hospital, write report with consensus recommendations.  Process includes public outreach, research on key issues and data, and work with technical consultants.
