Prepare and update Spill Response/Contingency Plans for seven oil terminals, two vessels and one pipeline facility to meet multi-agency requirements.
City and Borough of Sitka/Local Emergency Planning Committee (1996)
Revise and update Emergency Operations Plan - Oil and Hazardous Substance Annex.
Lead-based Paint Assessment(1996)
On behalf of Tlingit Haida Central Council, scope tasks to manage a lead-based paint assessment project. Obtain data and establish priority communities for testing.

Complete a hazard identification of businesses with over 660 gallons of petroleum products, or over threshold levels of extremely hazardous or hazardous substances. Included working with businesses to explain SARA Title III and regulations.
Juneau Local Emergency Planning (1991)
Organize the CBJ Local Emergency Planning Committee and present application for approval to State SERC. Organize and participate in two day Southeast Alaska conference on Local Emergency Planning and CRTK laws for oil and hazardous substances.
Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (1990) Develop outline for State Oil and Hazardous Substance Contingency Plan. Create an organization based on the Incident Command System. Develop draft regulations to establish boundaries for regional contingency plans, identified key federal, local government and public interest groups that should be involved in the planning process, and outlined schedule and tasks to complete the Plan.
